COD

What's the ₹120 COD payment?

COD orders require a ₹120 payment upfront to confirm the order. This amount is deducted from the final COD amount you pay when your order is delivered.

Can I get the ₹120 back?

No. The ₹120 COD confirmation payment is non-refundable.

Can I cancel my order?

No. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

What if I order the wrong size?

Wrong-size or fit issues are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

EXCHANGE

How do I request an exchange?

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery to request an exchange. The product must meet our exchange conditions and will be inspected before approval.

How much does an exchange cost?

A ₹125 exchange shipping fee applies to each approved exchange.

What condition should the product be in?

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with the original packaging and tags intact.

How long does an exchange take?

Exchange requests are usually reviewed within 24–72 hours. Once approved, the product will be inspected before the exchange is processed.

How many times can I exchange an order?

Only one exchange is allowed per order.
